Use this product to sanitize the surfaces of processed (having beenchopped, sliced, cut, peeled, etc.) fruits and vegetables. Whenapplied to wash waters, as directed, this product will reduce spoilagemicroorganisms and the pathogens, Escherichia coli, Listeriamonocytogenes and Salmonella enterica on the surface of processedfruits and vegetables. This use must comply with all applicable FDAregulations, including, but not limited to, 21 CFR §173.405(a)(b), 21CFR §184.1061 and 21 CFR §170.3(o)(2). Do not use this product onraw agricultural commodities.
Directions:
- Wear safety glasses & gloves
- Connect hose to nozzle with quick connect
- Dispense into sink
- Agitate and soak for 90 seconds
- Drain and allow to air dry
